Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

U.S. Domestic

FREE Shipping On Orders $75+

Flat Rate (5-8 business days) - $5

Ground (3-6 business days) - $15

2 Business Day (2 business days) - $20

Overnight (1 business day) - $30

- Standard Overnight guarantees delivery by next-business-day afternoon (exact time is dependent on shipping address)

- These options are only valid for domestic orders within the USA.

- If your order is placed after 12:00pm EST please allow one additional business day for shipping on all orders.

- Orders placed between 12pm EST Friday and 12pm EST on Monday will ship out on Monday.

International

International shipments to select Countries ONLY.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International

International orders are shipped out with duties and taxes unpaid. Jo+Jax does not collect duties or taxes on International orders and can not determine what those charges might be. Local post offices may charge additional fees upon delivery.

International Orders may be returned under the same policies of domestic orders, however Jo+Jax does not cover the cost of returns/exchanges of International orders.

Gift Cards

There is no shipping and handling charge for the order of gift cards, as no physical product is being shipped out.
